Pete joined Homart Development Co. and leased major malls in Chicago, the Twin Cities and Utah. Using that experience he worked for mall retailers and then started his own development company focusing on redevelopment projects.
Pete’s retail expertise assisted developing department stores, leased more than 500,000 square feet of retail space, and bought many properties as well as land during his career. His creativity and persistence are strengths that have led to sealing the deal.
